FILTER REPLACEMENT
IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO RETAIN THE
EFFICIENCY OF YOUR AIR PURIFIER, THE
HEPA-TYPE FILTER NEEDS TO BE CHANGED
EVERY 3-6 MONTHS. THE FILTER LIGHT RING
(I) WILL ILLUMINATE WHEN IT IS TIME TO
REPLACE THE HEPA-TYPE FILTER.
1. Every few weeks check the condition of the
pre- lter.
2. Remove the front grill via the latch on the
bottom. If the foam pre- lter has collected a
noticeable amount of dust, remove it from the
inlet of the grill and wash it in warm soapy
water. Rinse and dry the pre- lter thoroughly
before replacing it in the inlet of the grill.
3. With the front grill removed, remove the
HEPA-type lter and dispose in the dust bin.
DO NOT try to wash and re-use the lter.
Replace with a new HEPA-type or True HEPA
lter, removing the protective plastic bag
before inserting into the air puri er.
4. Align the clips on the top of your lter with the
rails on the inside of the unit. Gently slide the
lter onto the rails.
5. The lter clip should easily slide onto the lter
hang tabs. Do not use force while attaching
the lter clip to the lter.
Align the clip on the top of your lter with the
rails on the inside of the unit.
NOTE: The pleated material and rubber
gasket should be facing towards the unit
when applied.
6. Replace the front grill by positioning the
bottom and then snapping back on to the
unit. Make sure that it ts securely into
position (the grill only goes on one way).
NOTE: Do not point outlet towards wall.
7. The lter service indicator should be reset
once the lter has been replaced. Reset by
pressing down three seconds on the lter
reset button (H).
